The match MAY have been made official, folks...WWE Chairman Vince McMahon may be going one-on-one with WWE Hall of Famer Bret "The Hitman" Hart at WrestleMania 26! McMahon accepted the challenge on tonight's edition of Monday Night RAW before being attacked by Hart in the ring. McMahon then "changed his mind", so it remains to be seen whether or not WWE will actually make the one-on-one match official.

What Will Happen to the ECW Championship?

- For those wondering, the future of the ECW Championship has not yet been decided on. Though ECW will cease to exist next week, the belt may linger on in some fashion. Internally, some are lobbying to keep the belt, but ultimately, Vince McMahon will decide its fate and he hasn't made a decision yet. WWE NXT Show Format Details

Fans have been wondering what exactly WWE NXT will be since Vince McMahon announced that ECW would end its run on Syfy and be replaced by the "next evolution" of WWE.

The word going around is that the NXT concept will be portrayed as a "reality" based series featuring new wrestlers who viewers will be able to follow inside and outside of the ring. Fans will be able to follow wrestlers from day one and get their personal insight, their background and goals, creating a different sense of deeper insight, etc.

As it stands now, the concept appears similar to WWE's former Tough Enough series with talent not only feuding with each other, but for the opportunity to become the "next" big WWE Superstar and move onto Raw or SmackDown.

WWE has been pitching different concepts for the series and formalizing plans since the fall, but all signs to point to this concept being the nucleus of NXT.

Superstar Edge will be making an appearance in Melbourne, Florida, this
Friday, February 12th. The multi-time world champion will be performing a
meet and greet autograph session for lucky fans attending the Florida
Championship Wrestling show at the Melbourne Auditorium that evening
when FCW Wrestling makes its Space Coast debut.

WWE fans will be

The "Wrestling To Rebuild" Cruise to Bermuda just became "One of a Kind" As "Mr. PPV" Rob Van Dam and "The Homicidal, Genocidal, Suicidal, Death Defying" Sabu will be on board the Explorer Of The Seas.

WWE Hall of Famer Bret "The Hitman" Hart has posted a blog on his official Facebook page in which he discusses having dinner with Jeremy Borash after last week's edition of Monday Night RAW in Nashville, as well as shooting on Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff. Here are a few excerpts:

About Borash: "It was nice seeing Jeremy Borash, a longtime friend of mine, from TNA when I was in Nashville. He hung out with me and we never once talked wrestling."

About Hogan & Bischoff: "Some feeble minded idiot who saw us in plain view tried to start the rumour that I might be heading to TNA next; although why anyone would ever think I'd let Hogan and Bischoff anywhere near my Hitman persona again is truly beyond me."

Major Update on WrestleMania Plans for Bret Hart & Vince McMahon

A source within WWE is reporting that there is concern over whether or not WWE Hall of Famer Bret "The Hitman" Hart will be able to compete in a singles match with WWE Chairman Vince McMahon at WrestleMania 26.

WWE has apparently revealed what they are calling a "contingency plan" for the event, which would feature Hart and John Cena taking on McMahon and Batista in a tag team match. The major concern is Hart's health, so if he in unable to compete in a singles match, WWE may end up combining Hart vs. McMahon and Cena vs. Batista at WrestleMania.

*WWE.com has removed all mention of the ECW brand from their schedules after February 23rd (which is when the brand new WWE: NXT show is set to debut), but the company has not added any dates for NXT events as of yet

*A match for the World Heavyweight Championship featuring Batista going one-on-one with The Undertaker has been advertised for the March 30th Friday Night SmackDown tapings from Las Vegas, Nevada. This will more than likely be a dark match, and the taping will take place the night after WrestleMania 26

WWE News: Plans for RAW/SmackDown - Hall of Fame, Cena/Batista

Word is that WWE will continue to have Batista make appearances on Monday Night RAW and have John Cena make appearances on Friday Night SmackDown to build up to the superstars' involvement at Elimination Chamber and WrestleMania 26.

We have also received word that WWE may announce the first inductee into this year's Hall of Fame class on this Monday's RAW, but we do not know the identity of the individual at this time.

Preview & Release Dates for SmackDown Star's Next Book

SmackDown star Chris Jericho is set to release his second autobiography, entitled Highlight of the Night, in the near future. The book will be released in Canada on September 16, 2010 and on February 17, 2011 in the United Kingdom, but there is no word yet on when it will be released in the United States.

Below is the book's synopsis:

"A Lion's Tale documented Chris Jericho's journey from small-time dreamer to big-time superstar, from Winnipeg, Canada, to undisputed WWE heavyweight champion of the world.
