The Lead Creative Writer For WWE Monday Night Raw Fired

The lead creative writer for WWE Raw has been fired, according to a report from Fightful.

Ryan Callahan was based at the WWE Headquarters at Stamford as part of the "home" team of creative writers. Callahan had been working for the company for a number of years and his release isn't believed to be due to the recent decline in viewership for Raw.

There was reportedly an issue with Dave Kapoor, better known as Ranjin Singh (aka The Great Khali’s manager).

Kapoor is said to have felt that Callahan took creative changes too personally and he became difficult to work thus the decision to fire him last week.
