WWE Smackdown Live Coverage And Results (10/10)

Welcome to Smackdown Live and we kick things off with championship action as Becky Lynch defends her Women's Championship against Charlotte in a rematch from this past Saturday

BECKY LYNCH VS CHARLOTTE FLAIR - SMACKDOWN WOMEN'S CHAMPIONSHIP

They lock up and Becky backs Charlotte into the corner. Becky goes to work on the arm but Charlotte reverses it. Becky reverses it. Charlotte bends down and does a kip up as she flips Becky over

Becky shoves Charlotte. Charlotte with a slam to Becky. Becky with a boot to the face sends Charlotte face first into the turnbuckle. Becky with a kick in the corner

Becky with a 2 count. Legdrop on Charlotte and goes for another legdrop but misses. Jackknife cover for a 2 count and simultaneous clotheslines as both women are down

Becky misses with a clothesline and Charlotte with a neckbreaker. Knee to the face by Becky. Becky uses the bottom rope connecting with a kick. Charlotte escapes the Dis-Arm-Her as she sends Becky across the ring. Becky working over the arm with a hammerlock applied on the challenger.

Knee by Becky and an irish whip but Charlotte catches her looking for the boston crab but Becky working her way to the bottom rope. Charlotte turns it around propelling Becky into the turnbuckle with a slingshot. Becky to the outside and Charlotte with a crossbody onto Becky as we go to commercial

-Commerecial-

We're back and Becky in control sending Charlotte into the corner. Charlotte flips over the turnbuckle landing on the apron. Charlotte on the top rope and Becky slams her to the mat and another nearfall.

Uppercuts by Becky and both women looking for a backslide. Bec-sploder and Charlotte kicks out at 2 and a half. Charlotte with the Flair chops to Becky. Irish whip and back suplex by Charlotte. Charlotte goes to top rope and Becky pulls her off as Becky goes to the top rope missing with a crossbody

Roll up by Charlotte and Becky kicks out connecting with an enziguri. Becky back to the top rppe and Charlotte shakes the ropes causing Becky to lose her balance. Right hands from Becky and she grabs the left arm with a submission hold and Charlotte punching away at the champion's face. Charlotte with nearfalls and she picks Becky up delivering a one arm powerbomb.

-Commercial-

Second Screen: Both women are down and Charlotte gets to her feet first looking for the figure four but Becky kicks her away and launches herself with a crossbody. Nearfalls by Becky. Becky and Charlotte exchange forearms and chops. headbutt by Becky. Becky off the ropes and Charlotte hits a clothesline

Back from commercial and Charlotte again looking for the figure four but Becky kicks her away as she hits the turnbuckle. Becky slides out of the ring and grabs her title walking away as the referee counts her out

Charlotte goes after her tossing her back in the ring. Becky shoves Charlotte into the referee and kicks Charlotte. The referee admonishes Becky for attempting to use the title as a weapon. Roll up by Charlotte and Becky kicks out. Spear by Charlotte and again Becky kicks out slideing to the outside. Charlotte goes to the top rope and misses with a moonsault.

Becky with a Bec-sploder into the barricades and re-enters the ring as the referee counts Charlotte out. Becky tries to keep Charlotte out and Charlotte with a fallaway slam to Becky.

Charlotte sends Becky back into the ring. Natural Selection by Charlotte and Becky rolls to the outside. Charlotte again goes to the outside and Becky drives Charlotte into the ringpost. Becky on the apron and Charotte pulls Becky down as the referee counts both women out

The winner of the match: Double Countout

Post Match: The brawl continues up the ramp as Charlotte spears Becky through the LED Wall

JEFF HARDY VS SAMOA JOE - WINNER QUALIFIES FOR THE WORLD CUP

Joe quick on the attack. Jeff quickly turns the table and Joe escapes a Twist Of Fate going to the outside

-Commercial-

We're back and Joe in a headlock applied by Hardy and he quickly turns things around as Joe sends Jeff crashing to the mat. Joe works over Jeff's necky keeping him grounded. Nearfall by Joe.

Joe with rapid fire punches in the corner and a snapmare out of the corner as he applies a surfboard on Hardy. Jeff gets to his feet breaking the hold.

Irish whip reversed by Joe who connects with a clothesline. Inverted atomic drop and the double legdrop to the knee. Joe pulls Jeff to the outside bouncing his face off the stairs. Joe goes for a kick but misses and hits the steel.

They both roll back into the ring and Jeff goes after the left leg. Jeff attacking the leg even more and Joe with a right hand as he stumbles out of the corner and falls. The referee calls for the bell

The winner of the match by referee stoppage: Jeff Hardy

Backstage: Smackdown General Manager makes the official announcement that on Oct. 28 at the first-ever all women's pay per view Evolution Becky Lynch will defend her championship against Charlotte Flair in the first ever Last Woman Standing Match

MizTV

Miz is out and welcomes everyone to MizTV and introduces his first guest WWE Champion AJ Styles and Miz asks how Styles' family is. Styles stands up and Miz calms him down saying he understands Styles' rage but now he's facing an opponent and will get respect and integrity. He's getting Daniel Bryan

Daniel comes out and shakes Styles' hand. Miz says that's the last thing anyone wants to see in a fight for the most coveted championship. Daniel says Miz wanted to talk about AJ's match so bad and asks if he wants to talk about their match. It won't take long

Miz asks Styles how Daniel Bryan rates as a challenger. Styles says to date, Joe's been his toughest competitor but with this match it's going to stay in the ring.

Daniel says he's glad AJ Styles thinks he's better than him because he wants to beat a worthy opponent and nobody has proven more worthy because he has defended the championship for over 300 days night in and night out and has earned the right to think he's better than everyone else.

Bryan says he's glad AJ thinks he can beat him because deep down he knows he can beat AJ Styles. Styles says no disrespect but since he's come back from his injury it's not like Daniel's faced anyone who's phenomenal.

Bryan says this WWE Championship match at Crown Jewel is the reason he fought so hard to come back from retirement. He never said what his dream was. It wasn't to wage psychological warfare or reunite Team Hell No. His dream was to come back for one thing and one thing only. The WWE Championship and the only thing standing in the way is AJ Styles

Styles says he's not moving and Miz says it's about time something happens and Styles asks Daniel how it felt to punch Miz in the face. Miz explodes and says Daniel Bryan stole his championship opportunity. He beat Bryan at Summerslam and beat him week after week. Miz calls AJ another Daniel Bryan with an accent

Miz then says he doesn't carw who wins at Crown Jewel, he's got next and tells Styles to take that smile off his face because tonight he's facing the superstar who beat Daniel Bryan last week

-Commercial-

AJ STYLES VS SHELTON BENJAMIN

AJ with a waist lock as the match is joined in progress. Shelton blocks an arm drag and then sends AJ to the mat. Shelton with a splash into the corner and he gets a near fall. Shelton with a reverse chin lock. Styles with a jaw breaker but Benjamin with a back body drop and Benjamin gets a near fall. Shelton with shoulders in the corner. AJ with forearms. Shelton with an Irish whip but he misses a splash. Benjamin misses a dragon whip but AJ connects with a Pele Kick. Styles sets for the Styles Clash but Shelton blocks it and gets AJ on his shoulders and goes for a suplex but AJ lands on his feet.

AJ goes to the apron and he sets for a springboard move and Benjamin with a knee to knock AJ to the floor. Benjamin sends AJ into the ringside barrier and matrix board. Shelton Irish whips AJ into the ringside barrier and returns to the ring to stop the referee's count. They return to the ring and Benjamin gets a near fall. Benjamin with a reverse chin lock and body scissors. AJ with elbows but Shelton sends AJ to the mat.

Shelton puts AJ on the turnbuckles and sets for a superplex but AJ ducks under and hits an Electric Chair Drop and both men are down. AJ with clotheslines and strikes before hitting a third clothesline. Styles with a sliding forearm. Styles with a flying clothesline into the corner. Benjamin goes for a suplex but Styles lands on his feet. Styles with a Calf Crusher but Benjamin gets to the ropes. Benjamin with knees to the midsection but AJ kicks Benjamin in the leg. Benjamin sends AJ to the apron and AJ with a forearm. Styles with a Phenomenal Forearm for the three count.

The winner of the match: AJ Styles

-Commercial-

We're back from commercial and Aiden English is in the ring and says last week he gave everyone a glimpse of 'One Night In Milwaukee' but tonight he's going to show everyone the Director's Cut.

Aiden calls Rusev out to the ring. Aiden says he doesn't want to show the rest of the video and makes Rusev an offer. He will destroy the video never to see the light of day if he kicks Lana to the curb and gives the world what they want and reunite Rusev Day

Rusev says this is serious and tells Aiden that he got hacked and they then play the rest of the video. Aiden says they got him but the offer is still on the table but when she gets tired of those Rusev Days come and enjoy an Aiden Night. Rusev rushes the ring and attacks Aiden English sending him scurrying up the ramp

-Commercial-

BIG SHOW VS RANDY ORTON - WINNER QUALIFIES FOR THE WORLD CUP

Show backs Orton into the corner but misses with a forearm. Show sends Orton to the floor. Orton returns to the ring but Show sees him slither in and he goes back to the floor.

-Commercial-

We are back and Show has Orton by the throat but Orton escapes and hits a DDT. Orton gets a near fall. Orton with the Garvin Stomp to Show and then he applies a reverse chin lock. Show with a belly-to-back suplex to escape. Show with a clothesline followed by a second one and a hip strike into the corner. Show with a shoulder tackle. Orton goes to the floor and Show follows. Show grabs Orton and sends him back into the ring.

Orton with a drop kick as Show tries to get back into the ring and Orton hits an IEDDT for a near fall. Orton sets for the running kick but Show with a spear and he gets a near fall. Show sets for the knockout punch but Orton goes to the floor. Show tries to bring Orton back into the ring and he pulls Orton to the apron and back into the ring. Show goes for a choke slam and hits it for a near fall.

Show winds up for the punch but Orton goes to the floor again. The referee warns Show but Show grabs Orton again. Orton with a thumb to the eye and then he hits an RKO for the three count.

The winner of the match: Randy Orton
