AJ Styles recently became the longest reigning WWE Champion on the SmackDown Live brand, taking that accolade from JBL, and now he has broken yet another milestone record.
Styles has officially held the title for 300 days and joined an elite club of just eight other superstars who have reached this milestone including Bruno Sammartino, Bob Backlund, Pedro Morales, Hulk Hogan, Randy Savage, Kevin Nash, John Cena, and CM Punk.
Styles won the Championship on November 7, 2017 on SmackDown Live defeating Jinder Mahal in Manchester, England.
His next title defense will be at the upcoming Hell in a Cell pay-per-view event on Sunday, September 16, 2018 in San Antonio, Texas at the AT&T Center against Samoa Joe.
