Amalie Arena Issues Statement Regarding Next Week's WWE Raw And Tropical Storm Erika

The Amalie Arena in Tampa, Florida, the site of next Monday night's edition of WWE Raw, has issued the following statement regarding the event and what impact Tropical Storm Erika may have on it due to the storm currently making its way to that general area:

"Amalie Arena and our partners at WWE are aware of Tropical Storm Erika’s potential impact to our area in advance of WWE Raw on Monday, August 31. At this time, the event is not cancelled. However, we are keeping the storm top of mind. We will release any pertinent information as needed."

You may recall that WWE was forced to broadcast a special edition of Raw from their world headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut back in January due to a blizzard that was impacting the area, as the storm made travel extremely hazardous.
