Seth Rollins and the other Authority henchmen opened the program. Randy Orton came out to interrupt their promo, which led to Orton vs. The Big Show, which Orton won by DQ.
Naomi defeated Natalya Neidhart.
The Director of Operations Kane made a match between Seth Rollins and Randy Orton at Extreme Rules for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.
A Roman Reigns interview was shown on the TitanTron. He mentioned that he has defeated Rollins in the past and can do it again.
The Miz beat R-Truth. After the match, Damien Mizdow came down and gave Miz a Skull-Crushing Finale.
United States Champion John Cena came out and said he will issue an open challenge for the U.S. Title every week. Rusev came out and confronted Cena but things did not turn physical. The segment ended with the American flag dropping instead of Rusev's Russian flag.
Dean Ambrose vs. Luke Harper ended in either a no-contest or a DQ win for Ambrose. Harper powerbombed him through the commentators table and no winner was officially announced.
Sheamus beat Daniel Bryan in the main event by a count-out.
The dark match main event saw Roman Reigns and John Cena defeat Seth Rollins and Bray Wyatt.
