Dave Meltzer Says The Rock Was Unhappy With Last Night's WWE Royal Rumble

Former WWE Champion The Rock was reportedly unhappy with the last minute changes WWE made to Sunday's Royal Rumble script following an unexpected backlash from fans according to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio earlier today. 

Rocky posted a video on Instagram earlier in which he admitted he's cool with fans booing Roman Reigns but the Hollywood star was less than impressed with what went down:

"OK, so this is what happened. The talk about Daniel Bryan being put in a three way, this is from tonight, is Vince [McMahon] feels it would be a repeat and we'll have gone to the well one time too often.

And they were absolutely ready for the backlash but it surprised them at that level. They panicked early, very early in the show, they changed a few things and Dwayne was not happy." - Dave Meltzer
