Report: Shawn Michaels Leaving WWE For Good

Posted by: Wrestling-Radio.com
Source: Wrestling Globe Newsletter

Shawn Michaels has been telling friends as of late he plans on leaving WWE for good following WrestleMania. His contract is set to expire soon and he has talked about wanting to spend more time with his children as they grow up.

While there's a chance he could stick around on a limited schedule, that's said to be a long shot at this point.

Michaels is not advertised for any shows past the night after WrestleMania when Raw emanates from the US Airways Center in Phoenix, Arizona.

Oh and by the way, TNA was cool until Hulk Blo-gan showed up. he might be the biggest douche in the history of wrestling.

the next hbk: I dont want HBK to retire, but if you wanna be the "next hbk" 5 years is nowhere near the time it will take to be the next hbk. Michaels has been wrestling for 20+ years and has worked for the things and notoriety he has gaines and it just isnt something that you coan gain in 5 years. try to find a wrestling school and go thru it and wrestle indy leagues, keep workin. I wanted to be a pro wrestler but I feel like my time is running out. The wrestling word needs people with a passion for the business, not former body building jokes like Hulk Hogan and Batista

HHH to turn heel and cause michaels to loose (retire)...that leaves it open for him to return some time down the line for revenge
United States TheWrestleline Mar 15th, 2010 08:03AM

Not to say this is what Shawn is planning but for you fans that dont understand the real reason that wrestlers who have been in the WWE leave, go home to be wit there families then when they decide to come back an they chose TNA its because more than likely they have worked out a light schedule deal to still be able to be wit there families an still be apart of wrestling an make good money.Vince McMahon doesnt make to many light schedule deals. Alot of the more veteran wrestlers hate the WWE travel schedule anyway.Wrestlers who dedicated themselves more to the business an less on there family missed out on alot of their kids growin up an many ended up having bad marriages. So respect the fact that they have a life other than entertaining us the fans all the time an there choices alot of times is in the best interest of family

United States superkrazee02 Mar 14th, 2010 04:03PM
I hope HBK won't do the douche bag move and pull a Hogan/Flair & join TNA. If you're retired, STAY RETIRED! Other than that HBK is one of the greatest. TNA SUCKS!
United States big-nang Mar 14th, 2010 04:03PM
i hate to say "i told you so" to who thinks that hbk will ens takers streak, that include my brothers.
